A soft panettone covered with an excellent and irresistible dark chocolate glaze, unique for its fluffy texture, filled with candied pear cubes and dark chocolate chips (nuggets), resulting in a taste that is both unmistakable and particular. It contains no preservatives.

• Panettone: WHEAT flour ‘00’ (GLUTEN), candied pear cubes $19\%$ (pear cubes $57.6\%$, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, natural flavours, acidity corrector: citric acid), BUTTER (MILK), water, sugar, fresh EGG yolk, natural yeast of WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Sicilian chocolate chips/nuggets $3\%$ (cocoa mass, cane sugar. Cocoa min $50\%$), apple purée (apple cubes, glucose-fructose syrup, sugar, acidity regulator: citric acid), skimmed MILKpowder, salt, malted WHEAT flour (GLUTEN), Bourbon vanilla bean from Madagascar in seeds.

• Glaze/Topping: Covered with Sicilian dark chocolate fondant $9.5\%$ (cocoa mass $60\%$, cocoa butter, muscovado sugar, sugar).
