Our Roots

Khione was born from a family deeply rooted in Sicilian food culture.

I grew up in a home where olives were harvested for oil, fruits were preserved by hand, and recipes were passed down through generations. My father owned an agri-food company, and from an early age I learned that food is not simply nourishment — it is identity, respect for the land, and care for those who gather around the table.


Our Mission

Khione is a bridge between small Sicilian producers and those who seek authentic Mediterranean taste.

We carefully select independent wineries and artisanal producers who preserve traditional methods while embracing quality and sustainability. Each product reflects craftsmanship, heritage and attention to detail.

We do not simply sell food — we curate authenticity.


Sicily to Cardiff

Living far from home, I realised how deeply flavours connect us to memory. When I arrived in Cardiff, I discovered the same curiosity and appreciation for Sicilian cuisine.

Khione unites two homes: the land where I was born and the place where I built my life. Through our selection, we bring a part of Sicily to Wales — and beyond.
