Production Area

Zone: Produced in Western Sicily, on their own Casale estates in Buseto Palizzolo, the cradle of agricultural wisdom of Monte San Giuliano (Erice).
Manufacturing Process

Harvesting: Manual picking into crates with careful selection of the grapes.

Selection: Upon arrival at the winery, a further selection of the grapes is carried out before soft pressing.

Fermentation: Takes place in stainless steel tanks at approximately 14−16∘C.

Aging: The product ages on its fine lees (sulle fecce fini) for approximately 4 months before bottling.
Tasting Notes

Colour: Very clear straw yellow with greenish reflections.

Nose: Aromas of white peach, apricot, apple, and wisteria.

Palate: Fruity flavour, good freshness, decent fruit density, and salinity (sapidità) on the finish.
