In the shade of the Etna volcano, nourished by the heat of the lava and the ash of the lapilli, a mythological juniper thrives, which is the basic and sole botanical ingredient of Hemisphaerica. The carefully picked and selected, generous and sacred berries of Juniperus communis perform a lively and spontaneous solo—a unique timbre belonging to the native Sicilian subspecies: hemisphaerica.

This gin's special balsamic, wild, and resinous smell is fully captured through cold distillation. Hemisphaerica is at its best in cocktails where gin is the main ingredient, but it can also be enjoyed straight to allow full appreciation of its silkiness and lingering persistence on the palate.
