This Sicilian Passito Moscato Panettone by Condorelli is a naturally leavened holiday cake with a delicate sugar glaze (5%), decorated with sugar grains (2%) and almonds (2%).
Soft, aromatic and enriched with sweet Passito Moscato wine, it contains no citrus peel, offering a smooth and elegant flavour ideal for festive celebrations and gifts.
INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour, sugar, fresh whole milk, fresh eggs, butter, glucose syrup, Passito Moscato wine, flavourings, salt, natural yeast (sourdough starter), emulsifiers (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), invert sugar, dextrose, potato starch, honey.
Glaze 5%: sugar, egg white.
Decoration: sugar grains 2%, almonds 2%.
