BLONDE PILSENER
A top-fermented beer produced as an interpretation of the Czech Republic style. The aroma is rich, featuring a complex and spicy malt profile with a marked accent of Saaz hops. It pours a classic light gold colour; the taste is complex, and the body is achieved through the use of soft water, which allows for a great intensity of malts and hops without harshness. The sweetness of the malt gives way to dryness, with a final hint of hop bitterness. It pairs well with savoury tarts, pizza, cured meats, vegetables, fried fish, canapés, pasta dishes, and frankfurters.

Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK from the heart of Cardiff. However, we are hopefully looking into shipping to Europe too in the future.
