Beer produced using the old top-fermentation method and according to the recipes of ancient monasteries, 100% natural, non-pasteurised, unfiltered. It has a classic ruby red colour, is full-bodied and has a high alcohol content. It pairs well with red meats, game, smoked cheeses, smoked cured meats, and sweet creams.

Yes! We offer a range of Gluten Free and Low Gluten products in our store. Our name-brand pasta has many Low Gluten options, and many of our sweet products are Gluten and Lectine Free.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK from the heart of Cardiff. However, we are hopefully looking into shipping to Europe too in the future.
