SYRAH D.O.C. SICILIA
- Grape Variety Used: Syrah 100%
- Location: Buteresi hills – Arancio Mautana district – 350m above sea level
- Soil: Calcareous-gypsum
- Vineyard: 4,000 vines/ha arranged east-west with Guyot pruning
- Harvest: Manual in early September – 7 tonnes/ha
- Agronomic Practices: Manual cultivation without the use of chemical substances, organic farming techniques employed.
- Vinification: With long maceration on the skins and use of natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out.
- Ageing: In stainless steel for approximately 3 months, 6 months in oak barrels
- Organoleptic Characteristics: Very intense ruby red colour with violet reflections; aromas of black cherry, cocoa, black pepper, cloves, oriental spices, balsamic notes; velvety and overwhelming taste, powerful with its tannins and impetuous structure that balances on the palate.

Do you offer Gluten Free Products?
Yes! We offer a range of Gluten Free and Low Gluten products in our store. Our name-brand pasta has many Low Gluten options, and many of our sweet products are Gluten and Lectine Free.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across the UK from the heart of Cardiff. However, we are hopefully looking into shipping to Europe too in the future.
