SHIPPING POLICY
1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within a maximum of 2 business days from payment confirmation.

By choosing a shipping option, the customer agrees to the applicable delivery terms and carrier conditions.
3. Shipping Methods
Orders are dispatched using Royal Mail services, including Tracked and Signed For delivery options where available.
Shipping options, services, and related costs are clearly displayed at checkout prior to order confirmation.
4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or other events beyond our control shall not give rise to liability or compensation.
5. Signed For Delivery and Failed Delivery Attempts
All parcels are shipped using a Signed For delivery service.
A signature is required upon delivery to confirm receipt.
If delivery cannot be completed due to the recipient’s absence, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the parcel, Royal Mail may attempt redelivery or make the parcel available for collection in accordance with its policies.
Any additional costs arising from failed delivery attempts, redelivery, or non-collection may be charged to the customer.
6. Risk and Transfer of Responsibility
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer once the order has been handed over to the carrier.
Proof of dispatch and carrier confirmation shall be considered sufficient evidence of shipment.
7. Food and Alcohol Products
Certain products, including food items and alcoholic beverages, may be subject to shipping restrictions.
Alcoholic products are sold exclusively to customers aged 18 or over.
By placing an order, the customer confirms compliance with all applicable age-restriction laws.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit shipments where legal, safety, or regulatory concerns apply.
8. Shipping Area
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or addresses where signature upon delivery cannot be obtained.

are non-refundable once the order has been dispatched
