Ortoledda Black Olive Paté in the Kitchen
Aside from enhancing crostini, pasta, or rice salads, a balanced pairing is key: the green olive paté pairs best with boiled vegetables, fried eggs, fish, or white meats, while the black one complements strong flavors like cheeses, sausages, and red meats.
Ingredients
Black olives (90%) flavored with vinegar (sulphites), sunflower seed oil, mint, parsley, oregano, garlic, salt. Acidifying agents: E330, E270. Antioxidant: E300.
