• Grape Variety Used: Syrah 100%
• Location: Buteresi hills – Arancio Mautana district – 350m above sea level
• Soil: Calcareous-gypsum
• Vineyard: 4,000 vines/ha arranged east-west with Guyot pruning
• Harvest: Manual in early September – 7 tonnes/ha
• Agronomic Practices: Manual cultivation without the use of chemical substances, organic farming techniques employed.
• Vinification: With long maceration on the skins and use of natural yeasts, malolactic fermentation carried out.
• Ageing: In stainless steel for approximately 3 months, 6 months in oak barrels
• Organoleptic Characteristics: Very intense ruby red colour with violet reflections; aromas of black cherry, cocoa, black pepper, cloves, oriental spices, balsamic notes; velvety and overwhelming taste, powerful with its tannins and impetuous structure that balances on the palate.
